We just purchased a new RV from Evans & Son RV Sales and it was such a smooth process! Our sales associate was Mendi and she took all the time we needed to look at a variety of RVs on our initial visit (in the pouring rain by the way!). We narrowed down our choices and on our second visit we made our decision. Mendi is extremely knowledgeable about all of the RVs, financing, options, etc. so we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. And then when we picked up our RV--oh my! EVERYONE was wonderful! We got an extremely thorough and informative walk-through on our new camper and they took care of things before we even had a chance to ask about them. We had a backup camera on our old RV that we forgot to take down so we were going to ask to borrow a ladder so we could remove it and before we could ask--someone was already there with the ladder and asking US if we wanted it removed and mounted on the new RV. Transferring the license plate was on my "to do" list--done before we had the chance to ask. We received help hooking up the new RV to our truck with thorough explanations as the hitch was a tad different from our old RV. I could go on and on. We are so pleased with our new camper and how we were valued as customers by everyone at Evans and Son. In our book, customer service is JUST as important as the product itself and everyone at Evans and Son went above and beyond to make this such a pleasant experience.
